Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce

  • 1/2 cup snap peas or green beans, trimmed (optional)
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro or Thai basil, for garnish
  • Sliced green onions, for garnish
  • Steamed jasmine rice, for serving
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions:

1. Sauté Aromatics:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
