Stuffed Pepper Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 3 cups water
– 2 cans (15 ounces each) tomato sauce
– 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
– 1 cup cooked long grain rice
– 1 each medium green, yellow, and red pepper, chopped
– 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
– 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic; cook and stir until tender.
3. Stir in the water, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, cooked rice, chopped peppers, bouillon granules, and pepper.
4. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until peppers are tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
