Ingredients:

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions:
1. **Preheat Oven:**
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. **Prepare Puff Pastry:**
Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to smooth out any creases.
