Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Lightly grease a springform pan.

  2. In a bowl, mix the chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs and melted butter until the crumbs are evenly coated. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the springform pan to form the crust.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy.
