Roasted Potato Slices
Ingredients:
– 4 large potatoes
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh parsley, chopped)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. **Preheat Oven**: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. **Prepare Potatoes**: Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice them into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
3. **Season Potatoes**: In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.
4. **Arrange on Baking Sheet**: Lay the seasoned potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. You can line the sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
