 Pineapple Cheese Ball Recipe

**Ingredients:**

– 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
– 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, well-drained
– 1 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
– 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup chopped pretzels or pecans for coating

**Instructions:**

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, drained crushed pineapple, chopped green bell pepper, chopped red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt.
2. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
3. Shape the mixture into a ball. It might be easier to do this if you refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm it up.
4. Roll the cheese ball in the chopped pretzels or pecans until fully coated.
5. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
6. Serve with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh vegetables.
