Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-size cubes

  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • ¼ cup beef broth

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ cup butter, melted

Directions

  1. Prepare the Steak
    Cut the sirloin steak into bite-size cubes and place them in the crockpot.

    In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and melted butter.

  3. Combine Everything

  4. Slow Cook
    Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the steak is tender and flavorful.
