– 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots

**Instructions:**

1. **Preheat Oven:** Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. **Cook Meat:** In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until the onion is soft. Drain any excess fat.
3. **Mix Sauce:** In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
