  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Steak

  1. Let the steak sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Pat it dry with paper towels, then season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
  3. Heat a skillet or grill pan over high heat and add olive oil or butter.
  4. Place the steak in the pan and sear for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare (cook longer if you prefer it more done).
  5. Add garlic and herbs to the pan in the last minute for extra flavor.
  6. Once cooked, remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Step 2: Make the Roasted Potatoes

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Step 3: Creamy Cauliflower

  1. Boil or steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Drain well.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the cooked cauliflower and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Suggestion:

  • Plate the steak with roasted potatoes and a side of creamy cauliflower.
  • Garnish the steak with fresh herbs if desired.

Enjoy your delicious steak dinner!
