**Ingredients:**

– 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup honey
– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

**Instructions:**

1. **Prepare the Pork Chops:**
– Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
– Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. **Cook the Pork Chops:**
– Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are nicely browned and cooked through. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set them aside.

3. **Make the Glaze:**
– In the same skillet, add the soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and dried thyme. Stir well to combine.
– Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until it thickens slightly.

4. **Glaze the Pork Chops:**
– Return the pork chops to the skillet, coating them with the glaze.
– Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, turning the chops to ensure they are well coated with the glaze.
