Ingredients:
– 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 1/4 cups unsalted butter, softened
– 2 cups granulated sugar
– 4 large eggs, at room temperature
– 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup whole milk, at room temperature
Instructions:
1. **Preheat Oven**:
– Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans or line them with parchment paper.
2. **Mix Dry Ingredients**:
– In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. **Cream Butter and Sugar**:
– In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
4. **Add Eggs and Vanilla**:
