**Ingredients:**
– 3 cups rotini pasta
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
– 1 cup diced cucumbers
– 1 cup sweet corn (canned or cooked)
– 1 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
– 1/2 cup diced red onion
– 1/2 cup diced celery
– 1/2 cup shredded carrots
– 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
**For the Dressing:**
– 1 cup mayonnaise
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 2 tablespoons white vinegar
– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon dried dill
– Salt and pepper to taste
**Instructions:**
1. **Cook the Pasta:** Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
