Creamy Mango Mousse
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed (or 1 cup mango puree)
- 1 cup heavy cream, chilled
- 1/4 cup condensed milk (adjust to taste for sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, to balance the sweetness)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Mango Puree:
- In a blender or food processor, blend the mango cubes until smooth to create a mango puree.
- If using pre-made mango puree, measure out 1 cup. Add lemon juice if you prefer a hint of tanginess.
- Whip the Cream:

- Chill the Mousse:
- Pour the mango mousse into serving glasses or a dish, smoothing the top if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the mousse is set.
- Serve:
- Serve chilled, and garnish with fresh mango slices, mint leaves, or a sprinkle of grated chocolate, if desired.
