Creamy Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
– 1 lb (450g) rotini pasta
– 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (you can use rotisserie chicken)
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (optional)
– Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. **Cook the Pasta:**
– Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. **Prepare the Sauce:**
– In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken and cook until it is warmed through.
– Add the heavy cream and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir to combine.
– Add the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

– Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
