Ingredients:
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 medium carrots, sliced
– 2 celery stalks, chopped
– 1 cup broccoli florets

– 2 medium potatoes, diced
– 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
– 4 cups chicken broth
– 1 cup milk or cream
– 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Vegetables:**
– In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
