**Ingredients:**

– 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
– 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
– 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 cup mayonnaise
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (optional)
– 2 tbsp melted butter (optional)

**Instructions:**

1. **Preheat the Oven:**
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

2. **Prepare the Broccoli:**
Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until they are bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
