Creamy Baked Chicken

Ingredients:

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon dried parsley
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, paprika, and thyme. Mix until well combined.
4. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the top of the chicken breasts.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
6. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
