Classic Shortbread Cookies
Ingredients:
– 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1/4 cup powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:
1. **Preheat the Oven**: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. **Cream the Butter and Sugars**: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
3. **Add Vanilla**: Mix in the vanilla extract until well combined.
