Ingredients:
– 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
– 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced
– 4 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1 avocado, sliced
– 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
– 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
– 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Dressing:
– 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
– 1/3 cup olive oil
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
