– 2 to 3 ripe bananas, mashed
– 1/3 cup melted butter
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– Pinch of salt
– 3/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
– 1 large egg, beaten
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1. **Preheat Oven:**
– Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 4×8-inch loaf pan or multiple mini loaf pans.

2. **Mix Wet Ingredients:**
– In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.

3. **Combine Dry Ingredients:**

– Mix in the baking soda and salt. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Finally, mix in the flour.

4. **Pour Batter into Pan:**
– Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan or divide equally into mini loaf pans.
