Chocolate Peanut Butter Roll Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
- For the Cake:
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Pan:

- Heat the chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth.
- Pour over the cake and spread to cover.
- Decorate:
- Drizzle peanut butter over the ganache and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Chill and Serve:
- Chill the cake in the refrigerator for at least an hour before slicing.
