Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cake
**Ingredients:**
– 2 cups chocolate chip cookies, crushed
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
– 1 quart chocolate chip ice cream, softened
– 1 cup chocolate chips
– Chocolate syrup (optional for drizzling)
**Instructions:**
1. **Prepare the Crust:**
– In a bowl, mix the crushed chocolate chip cookies with the melted butter until well combined.
– Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form an even crust. Freeze for about 30 minutes to set.
2. **Add the First Ice Cream Layer:**
– Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the crust in an even layer. Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips over the ice cream. Freeze for about 1 hour until firm.

3. **Add the Second Ice Cream Layer:**
– Spread the softened chocolate chip ice cream over the vanilla ice cream layer. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely firm.
4. **Decorate and Serve:**
– Once the ice cream cake is completely frozen, remove it from the springform pan. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top if desired.
– Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
