Chicken Salad Recipe
**Ingredients:**
– 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
– 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
– 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
– 1/4 cup red apple, finely chopped (optional for a sweet crunch)
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– Salt and pepper to taste
**Instructions:**
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, sour cream or Greek yogurt, celery, red onion, and apple.
2. Add the Dijon mustard and lemon juice.
