Cheesy Potato Casserole Recipe
Ingredients:
– 4 large potatoes, peeled and grated
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 2 tbsp butter, melted
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter.
3. In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, heavy cream, melted butter, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour the cream mixture over the potato mixture and stir until well combined.
6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
