 **Cheesy Meatloaf Muffins**

**Ingredients:**

– **1 lb (450g) ground beef** or ground turkey
– **1/2 cup (50g) breadcrumbs**
– **1/2 cup (60g) shredded cheese** (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
– **1 small onion**, finely chopped
– **1 clove garlic**, minced
– **1/4 cup (60ml) milk**
– **1 egg**
– **1 tablespoon ketchup** (optional)
– **1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce** (optional)
– **1 teaspoon Italian seasoning**
– **Salt and pepper to taste**
– **Extra shredded cheese** for topping

 **Instructions:**

1. **Preheat your oven** to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease the muffin cups.

2. **In a large bowl, combine** the ground beef, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

3. **Spoon the meat mixture** evenly into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

4. **Top each muffin with a little extra shredded cheese**.

5. **Bake** in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly on top.

6. **Remove from the oven** and allow the muffins to cool slightly before removing them from the tin.

7. **Serve warm**, either as a main dish with sides like mashed potatoes and veggies or as a snack.
