– 1 1/2 lbs ground beef (80/20 is ideal)
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1 large egg
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tablespoon ketchup
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
– 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (for topping)
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

 **Instructions:**

1. **Preheat the Oven:**
– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
– Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with muffin liners.

2. **Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture:**
– In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
– Mix until all the ingredients are well combined, but be careful not to overmix.

3. **Assemble the Muffins:**
– Divide the meatloaf mixture evenly among the muffin cups, pressing the mixture down slightly to form a small well in the center of each muffin.
– Sprinkle about half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the wells of each muffin.
