Cheesy Garlic Muffins
Ingredients:
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 tablespoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup milk
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 1 large egg
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
1. **Preheat Oven**: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper muffin cups.
2. **Mix Dry Ingredients**: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
3. **Add Cheese**: Stir in the cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
4. **Mix Wet Ingredients**: In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and egg until well combined.
5. **Combine Mixtures**: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
6. **Fill Muffin Tin**: Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
