Ingredients:
– 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
– 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
– 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1/2 cup melted butter
– 2 large eggs
– 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a blend of your choice)
– 1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional)
– 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
– 1/4 tsp onion powder (optional)
Instructions:
1. **Preheat Oven**:
– Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking dish.
2. **Mix Ingredients**:
– In a large bowl, combine the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
