**Ingredients:**
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cups mushrooms, sliced

– 1/2 cup chicken broth or white wine

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning

**Instructions:**
1. **Preheat the Oven:**
– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
– Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. **Prepare the Chicken:**
