Cheesy Baked Chicken with Tomatoes
Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 2 large tomatoes, sliced
– 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions:
1. **Preheat the Oven:**
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. **Prepare the Chicken:**
Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Place the seasoned chicken in an even layer in a baking dish.
3. **Prepare the Cheese Sauce:**
In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese. Pour the cheese mixture evenly over the chicken.
