**Ingredients:**

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
– 1 cup cauliflower florets (fresh or frozen)
– 1 cup cooked ham, diced (optional)
– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream or milk
– 1/2 cup chicken broth
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh chopped parsley or chives for garnish

**Instructions:**

1. **Preheat Oven:** Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

2. **Prepare Vegetables:** If using fresh broccoli and cauliflower, blanch them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then drain. If using frozen vegetables, you can thaw them by steaming or microwaving for a few minutes.

3. **Cook Chicken:** In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook them in the skillet until golden brown on both sides (about 5 minutes per side). Remove the chicken and set it aside.

8. **Bake:** Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
