Cheesy Baked Chicken
Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. **Preheat Oven**: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. **Season Chicken**: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
3. **Sear Chicken**: In a large oven-safe skillet or frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear them for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
4. **Prepare Sauce**: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken.
5. **Add Cheese**: Add the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to the sauce, stirring until melted and well combined. Add the thyme and rosemary, and season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
6. **Combine Chicken and Sauce**: Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the top of each piece.

7. **Bake**: Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbly and golden brown on top.
