**Ingredients:**

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp onion powder
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1/4 tsp paprika
– 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
– 1 cup milk
– 1/3 cup sour cream
– 1/4 cup vegetable oil
– 1 large egg

**Instructions:**

1. **Preheat Oven:** Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

2. **Mix Dry Ingredients:** In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika.

3. **Add Cheese:** Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.

4. **Combine Wet Ingredients:** In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, sour cream, vegetable oil, and egg until well combined.

5. **Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients:** Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
