Ingredients:
– 12 oz (340 g) penne pasta or any short pasta
– 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works well)
– 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce (adjust to your spice preference)
– 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
– 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. **Cook the Pasta:**
– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
– Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
