Blueberry Cobbler Recipe
**Ingredients:**
– 4 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 cup granulated sugar (divided)
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Optional: vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for serving
**Instructions:**
1. **Preheat the oven** to 375°F (190°C).
2. **Prepare the blueberries:**
– In a medium bowl, toss the blueberries with lemon juice and 1/4 cup of the granulated sugar. Set aside.
3. **Make the batter:**
– In another bowl, whisk together the remaining 3/4 cup of sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
– Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.

4. **Assemble the cobbler:**
– Pour the blueberry mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish or a similarly sized dish.
– Spoon the batter over the blueberries, spreading it out as evenly as possible. It doesn’t have to be perfect.

– Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the batter comes out clean.
6. **Cool and serve:**
– Let the cobbler cool for a few minutes before serving.
– Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
