Barbecued Ribs Recipe
Ingredients:
– 2 racks of baby back ribs
– 1 tablespoon salt
– 1 tablespoon black pepper
– 2 tablespoons paprika
– 1 tablespoon garlic powder
– 1 tablespoon onion powder
– 1 tablespoon chili powder
– 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
– 1 cup barbecue sauce
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Ribs:**
– Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
– Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for more tender meat.
– In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and cayenne pepper.
– Rub the spice mixture all over both sides of the ribs.
2. **Cook the Ribs:**
– Wrap each rack of ribs in aluminum foil, sealing tightly.
– Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet.
– Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bones.
3. **Prepare the Sauce:**
– In a medium bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
– Adjust the sweetness or tanginess to your preference by adding more honey or vinegar.
4. **Grill the Ribs:**
– Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
– Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap them.
– Brush a generous amount of the barbecue sauce mixture on both sides of the ribs.
– Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 5-10 minutes per side, or until the sauce is caramelized and slightly charred. Continue basting with sauce as needed.

5. **Serve:**
– Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
– Cut into individual ribs.
– Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
