 Baked Salmon and Asparagus in Foil

Ingredients:

– 2 salmon fillets
– 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 lemon, sliced
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions:

1. **Preheat the Oven**: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. **Prepare the Foil**: Cut two large pieces of aluminum foil. Place the salmon fillets in the center of each piece of foil.

3. **Arrange the Asparagus**: Arrange the trimmed asparagus spears around the salmon fillets.

4. **Season the Salmon and Asparagus**: Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and asparagus. Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper evenly over both.

5. **Add Lemon and Butter**: Place lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets. Drizzle the melted butter over everything. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top.

6. **Wrap the Foil**: Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon and asparagus to completely seal the packets.

7. **Bake**: Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

8. **Serve**: Carefully open the foil packets and transfer the salmon and asparagus to plates. Spoon some of the juices from the foil packets over the salmon and asparagus before serving.
