– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper, to taste

2. **Prepare Pork Chops**: In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture evenly over the pork chops.
3. **Prepare Potatoes**: In a large bowl, toss the halved potatoes with the remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.

4. **Arrange on Baking Sheet**: Place the pork chops on the prepared baking sheet. Arrange the potatoes around the pork chops in a single layer.
5. **Bake**: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F) and the potatoes are tender. You may need to turn the potatoes halfway through cooking to ensure they are evenly roasted.
6. **Broil for Crispiness**: If you prefer a crispier finish, you can turn on the broiler for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.
7. **Garnish and Serve**: Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
