**Ingredients:**
– **1 lb (450g) potato gnocchi** (store-bought or homemade)
– **2 cups (480ml) heavy cream**
– **1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese**
– **1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese**
– **1/2 cup (50g) shredded Gruyère or cheddar cheese**
– **2 cloves garlic, minced**
– **1 tablespoon unsalted butter**
– **1 tablespoon all-purpose flour**
– **Salt and pepper to taste**

**Instructions:**
1. **Preheat the oven** to 375°F (190°C).
2. **Cook the gnocchi** according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
