*Ingredients:**
4 sub rolls
– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 cup marinara sauce
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
– Olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
**Instructions:**
1. **Prepare the Chicken:**
– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
– Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to make thin cutlets.
– Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

– Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
