Ingredients

Dough

1 can (16 oz / 450 g) refrigerated pizza dough
1 tablespoon olive oil (for greasing)

Cheese Filling

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)

Garlic Butter Sauce

4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or baking dish with olive oil.

Step 2: Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Set the mixture aside.

Step 3: Prepare the Dough
Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into 12 equal pieces. Flatten each piece into a small circle using your hands.

Step 4: Add the Cheese Filling
Place 1–2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture in the center of each dough circle. Carefully pinch the edges together to seal the dough completely, forming a ball. Place the balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 5: Brush with Garlic Butter
Brush the tops generously with the prepared garlic butter mixture.

Step 6: Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese bombs become golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside.

Step 7: Finish and Serve
Remove from the oven and brush with a little extra garlic butter while still warm. Let them cool for 2–3 minutes before serving.
