    • Stir in vanilla extract. Pour into individual serving dishes, filling them halfway. Let them cool slightly, then refrigerate to set, about 1-2 hours.
  2. Caramelize the Bananas:
    • In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add brown sugar and cinnamon; stir until mixed.
    • Add banana slices and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden and coated with caramel.
    • Let the bananas cool for a few minutes after cooking; they should still be warm when served.
  3. Assemble the Dessert:
    • Spoon the warm caramelized bananas over the chilled puddings.
